Graduate Researcher Series: You're Graduating, Now What? Accessing Scholarly Research after Graduation Online

Approaching graduation? Congratulations! You’ve accomplished a major milestone. You may not miss the deadlines around finding relevant, high-quality research for your discipline, but you may still want to access that esearch on your own time.

This workshop will cover several strategies for getting free access to reliable, scholarly materials after you’ve moved on from your graduate studies:

  • Open Access resources + tech tools to help you find Open Access content on specific topics
  • Requesting scholarly resources via your local public library, the authors, and more
  • Community member privileges at Sac State University Library

Audience: This workshop is a part of the Graduate Researcher Series designed for a graduate student audience. Others are welcome to attend this workshop but please note content will be geared towards a graduate student audience.
